Brigg's Cottage

Briggs Cottage is part of Blackwaterfoot Lodge, our family business of 23 years. We gave the cottage a thorough overhaul (completely gutted it) in 2022 and named it in honour of our spaniel, Brigg. We hope you enjoy our wee holiday property in Blackwaterfoot near the sea and harbour. Briggs Cottage is conveniently located in the village of Blackwaterfoot with all its amenities: a licensed convenience store and post office, a sandwich shop, a bakery, and a newsagent. It’s two minute walk (250 metres) to the harbour and another 500 metres to the sandy beach beyond. It’s 700 metres to the World famous 12-hole Shiskine golf course, a 10 minute amble for most folk.
