The Shorehouse

The Shorehouse is situated on the Brodick shore front and is approximately 545 yards (500 m) from Brodick Pier. The main shopping centre for the Isle of Arran is a few minutes walk from the accommodation and the beach and children's play area are situated nearby. The Shorehouse was originally built as first class hotel accommodation on the Brodick seafront in the 1930s. This was due to its commanding view of Goatfell, Brodick Bay and the islands and mountains beyond. From the end of the front lawn to the shoreline is literally 22 yards (20 m), which has got to be the proverbial 'stones throw' in anyone's book. The Shorehouse has been reformed into ten self contained one and two bedroom apartments. It offers the unique combination of good quality self catering accommodation within a sea front property in the island's principle town of Brodick. There are parking facilities on the grounds.
