COAST Marine Discovery Centre

COAST Marine Discovery Centre

Come to our family friendly visitor centre and learn about Arran's sea life and marine protection in the Clyde. The COAST Discovery Centre is the UK’s first community-led Marine Protected Area visitor centre. It is led by a charity called the Community of Arran Seabed Trust (COAST). Come learn about the island's marine biodiversity and the conservation efforts that are taking place in the Clyde. We have a great interactive exhibit and catch and release marine tank to showcase some of the marine life in the area. Entry to the centre is free but we welcome donations. We also organise an array of marine related activities such as shore scrambles - check out our website for more information!
