Cruickshanks is a 5-Star B&B and winner of Scottish Guest Accommodation of the Year offering luxury accommodation on the Isle of Arran. We have a pet-free Bed & Breakfast suite and a dog-friendly self-catering cottage. The Garden Suite is a cosy annex to the main house with its own separate entrance and garden, perfect for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. Indoors, the Garden Suite consists of a sitting room with a wood burning stove, custom made leather couch, breakfast table and chairs. The adjoining bathroom features a generously proportioned bath and separate rain shower. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with king-size bed. Outside with a dedicated parking space, it faces west and south and therefore catches the daytime and evening sun. The small garden space, sitting in a sheltered and secluded spot, has its own furniture consisting of table, parasol and chairs and is surrounded by a wide variety of potted perennial and annual plants. All bookings can be made directly with ourselves; we do not use any online travel agencies or third-party booking websites. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have.

Quirky Island Fact

#20 - Arran has Scotland's First No Take Zone
The Community of Arran Seabed Trust (COAST) is a local charity and was established in 1995 by local divers, Howard Wood and Don McNeish, who had noticed the depletion of species on the seabed. The No Take Zone at the north end of Lamlash, was eventually created, after much campaigning, in 2008, and COAST were instrumental in then establishing the Marine Protected Area (MPA) which covers the coast around the south of Arran.
